Are your thoughts on something that you want or something that you dont want? Learn to be aware of your thought cause they create your reality. Everytime when you find yourself thinking of the negative thought replace the thought with the positive one (the one you want to see in your reality). If you do this often it will become habit and you will stop the negative creating or creating by default.
